Not loving (noun) ends (verb), but loving (verb) ends (noun). I think the existence of endings makes us better appreciate the value of things. It also gives way to looking forward to something, to possibilities, to new beginnings, to second (and third and fourth…) chances. I love that there is a possibility that something might end because with it is also the possibility that something else might start. Something better or something worse, whichever way the wind blows. It doesn't really matter. Possibilities, new discoveries, chances - these are some of the things that make life interesting, worth living. If something, or everything for that matter, went on forever, I don't think I'd want to live another day. What use are waking moments when you know what the waiting day holds? Sleep draws over you only to wake up to the same old things over and over again. Thank you, for the ends… …and BEGINNINGS.
